1. Business & Location

AriCléa operates through Alma Art House LLC and offers restorative medical tattooing, ceremonial tattoo experiences, fine art, tattoo education, and related services. Our studio is located at 940 W Chapman Ave, Suite 202, Orange, CA 92868.

2. SMS Communications

By checking the SMS consent box on our contact/booking form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from AriCléa, a public-facing brand of Alma Art House LLC, including appointment reminders, confirmations, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. SMS consent is captured through a separate, unchecked checkbox and is not combined with any other form agreement. We do not share or sell your phone number or SMS consent data to any third party.

Opt-out instructions:

• Reply STOP to any text message from us to unsubscribe from SMS messages.
• Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

3. Booking & Services

Submitting an inquiry or booking form does not create a service relationship until AriCléa confirms the engagement and any required intake, consent, and payment requirements are completed. Appointments may require a deposit. Cancellations fewer than 14 days before an appointment may forfeit deposits. Results vary based on skin type, healing response, aftercare, and other factors; no particular outcome is guaranteed.

4. Purchases

Prices are in USD. Physical ownership of purchased artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Sales are generally final except where a refund or return is required by applicable law or expressly stated in the purchase agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, artwork, photographs, logos, and materials are owned by AriCléa/Alma Art House LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute our materials without written permission.

6. Disclaimer

Information provided through our services and website is educational and informational. Nothing provided constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or medical advice. Tattoo and paramedical services are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed healthcare provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alma Art House LLC, doing business as AriCléa, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services. For paid services, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, law, or business operations. Updated Terms become effective when posted.
